MILCOTS on-site, state-of-the-art testing capability allows us to test display products in accordance with most stringent military standards. Shock, vibration and thermal tests can be done during the design phase or during acceptance. ESS tests, combining vibration and thermal environment can be performed on request.

MILCOTS warranties long term technical support on most products. Since we control the mechanical and electrical interfaces of the displays, form, fit and function replacement parts are guaranteed for as long as 15 years. Obsolescence management is handled by a careful selection of OEM components from the most reliable sources in the industry.

MILCOTS uses SOLIDWORKS© and the Made-To-Manage© MRP system to design, update, manage configuration of all documentation. Certified Engineering processes, production baseline controls and associated user documentation are utilized during the manufacturing process to provide consistently configured products.
