A water proof front bezel distinguishes the 5000 series displays which are designed to be mounted on operator's consoles or industrial installations in " furniture like" cabinets.
The all aluminum frame and laminated anti reflective shielded glass make the 5000 series displays the best choice for applications requiring stringent military requirements. They are well suited for and already widely deployed in many Navy applications such as the Multi Function Consoles for Combat systems, Machinery Control systems or in other rugged shipboard applications.

In addition to the standard characteristics of the 5000 series, the 5900 models provide a fully sealed housing making these displays impervious to water and contaminants. They can be used as stand alone units and have standard 19" EIA interfaces.
